It is so sad to see a Local Government Area's Chairman, commissioning a floating toilet, in 21st Century.
This is the sad tale of the people of Nembe Local Government Area, in Bayelsa State.

He just commissioned another floating toilet.
For those who do not understand what floating toilet means, her us an explanation.
In time past, Africans (mostly, the rivers settlers), were used to open defecation
(passing of excrement, into the river).
However, as time went by, these people then devised a wooden covering for anyone going to pass excrement into the River. These covering, is what is known as ''floating toilet''.
Now, the question is, how much would it cost a whole Local Government Area, to have a well built toilet; that would not involve environmental pollution? Yet, a Local Government Chairman, of the oil rich Nembe, commissions such demeaning project.
It is so painful to see this.
We really feel for every residents of these LGA.
